旅行組織者:(以下簡稱「組織方」 )
參與者:(以下簡稱「參與者」 )
為明確前往加拿大育空地區及西北地區的極限旅行權利義務,雙方自願達成以下協議:
A. 旅行概述
1. 旅行性質:本次旅行為前往加拿大育空地區( Yukon )及西北地區( Northwest Territories )的極限非常規旅行。探索極地、觀賞極光。旅行涉及極寒氣候、偏遠地帶及原始自然環境,居住條件較簡陋,餐飲具有挑戰性,不同於都市化標準。
2.參與者在同意本協議前已充分了解旅行性質,並自願參與。 (若對飯店或餐飲有都市化標準要求,如連鎖飯店或精緻餐飲,請勿報名或同意本協議)
B. 行程安排
1.行程計劃:具體行程由組織方提供,參與者應事先閱讀並確認。行程可能涉及極地探索、北冰洋冰原大道穿越和極光觀賞等活動。
2.不可抗力條款:因天災(如暴風雪、冰面斷裂)、野生動物威脅、加拿大政府禁令或極地天氣變化等不可抗力因素導致行程無法繼續,主辦單位保留更改行程、延期或取消的權利。具體調整方案由組織方決定,參與者無權要求原計畫強制執行。 若因不可抗力取消旅行,已支付費用將在扣除不可退還的實際成本(如育空或西北地區的交通預訂費、許可費)後退,退款將在30個工作天內完成。
C. 住宿與餐飲
1.住宿條件:受育空及西北地區資源限制,住宿可能為當地小型旅館、木屋,部分地點可能需共享大床(queen size bed 2m x 1.5m)。小機率情況下,某些夜晚單人報名者需要和團友拼床,雙人報名者需共用一張床。住宿的安排是為了最美的風景,例如極光,參與者理解並接受此安排。
2. 餐飲安排:餐飲以適應極寒環境為原則(如高熱量冷凍食品或野外簡易烹飪),可能無法滿足個人化需求。參與者需自備路途飲食,組織方將組織採買準備,給予技術指導。晚餐和早餐都有餐廳提供熱餐,費用需自理。
D. 費用與支付

3. 退款政策:

- 因組織方原因取消旅行(不可抗力除外),全額退款。
E. 責任與風險
1. 風險告知:本次旅行具有低危險性,包括但不限於極寒天氣(氣溫可能低至- 20 ° C )導致交通中斷等。參與者需自行評估身體狀況並承擔相應風險。
2. 保險要求:參與者須自行購買涵蓋極加拿大北部醫療救援的保險,並在出發前向組織方提供保險證明。 如需加拿大境內購買, 組織方可協助尋找保險公司。
3.責任劃分:
- 組織方對因自身過失導致的損失應負相應責任。

1. 簽證與入境:參與者需自行辦理加拿大簽證(如ETA或旅遊簽證),並確保符合加拿大邊境服務署( CBSA )入境要求。組織方可提供行程證明但不負責簽證申請。
2.環保與法律:參與者須遵守育空及西北地區的環保法規(如不留垃圾、不干擾野生動物),並尊重原住民社區(如因紐特人或第一民族)的文化習俗。違反者自行承擔法律後果。
3.緊急救援:育空及西北地區地廣人稀,救援成本極高,參與者需確保保險涵蓋此類費用。
4.裝備要求:參與者需自備或租賃符合極寒環境的裝備(如羽絨外套、保暖鞋),具體清單由組織方提供。
G. 其他約定
1. 行為規範:參與者應遵守組織方及加拿大北部嚮導安排,不得擅自離隊或從事危險活動(如擅自穿越冰面)。
2.爭議解決:因本協議產生的爭議,雙方協商解決;協商不成,提交組織方所在地(或加拿大育空首府白馬市Whitehorse )有管轄權的法院或仲裁機構處理。

Refund Policy:
- If the Participant cancels 15 days before departure, they will receive a 90% refund, minus incurred expenses (eg, reservation fees).
- If the Participant cancels within 7 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
- If the trip is canceled due to reasons attributed to the Organizer (excluding force majeure), a full refund will be provided.

- The Organizer may provide travel documentation but does not handle visa applications.

- The Participant must follow environmental regulations in the Yukon and Northwest Territories (eg, no littering, no disturbing wildlife).
- The Participant must respect Indigenous communities (eg, Inuit or First Nations cultural customs). Violators bear legal responsibility.

G. Additional Agreements

- Any disputes arising from this agreement should be resolved through negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court or arbitration body in the Organizer's location or Whitehorse, Yukon, for resolution.
